Returns 

All products sold at kinart.co and at our Pop Ups and Art Fair Stands are verified by us as the genuine article.

‘KIN is confident you will be satisfied with your purchase however if not, please return the piece within 14 days of receipt and in the original condition. If you have any problems with your order or wish to cancel/exchange any items, please contact us in the first instance to arrange the return of your artwork(s). 

Artworks should be returned to the gallery at the following address:

‘KIN cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you do choose to return any item by post, we recommend using a reputable, tracked parcel delivery or courier service.

 

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you are entitled cancel your purchase and receive either a refund or exchange the items for store credit (of equal value).

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the artwork(s) must be returned to us in mint condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipped artworks can be returned to us via post and will refunded minus the shipping cost. All orders found to be faulty or not as described will be refunded in full. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Shipping

‘KIN ships artworks worldwide. Orders can be placed online, by telephone or in person at one of our Pop-Ups or Art Fair stands. See below for our shipping rates for the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. NB These rates are inclusive of packaging. All our prints are shipped in 4mm thick custom made art tubes.

How long will my delivery take?

 

Next Day (Royal Mail Special Delivery)

Next Day orders placed before 3pm will be shipped that day, any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following week day. If an artwork is shipped Next Day on a Friday, please expect it the next working day, Monday. With our Next Day service expect your order to be with you by 1pm the following day but please allow up to 6pm. Upon dispatch you will be emailed a tracking number for your order.

 

International

With our international shipping service for Europe and North America please allow shipping to take from 7 to 12 working days, and if your order has not arrived after 18 working days please contact the gallery. For orders outside Europe and North America please allow from 10 to 16 working days, and if your order has not arrived after 20 working days then please contact us.  Upon dispatch you will be emailed a tracking number for your order.

 

Oversize or Fragile Delivery

A number of our artworks are too large or fragile to be shipped using our regular services. On purchasing an oversize or fragile artwork you will be made aware of the individual packaging and shipping rates for an artwork of that nature. For certain artworks, and certain destinations in the world we provide custom quotes for shipping, if this is the case please us. Alternatively if you would like to organise your own shipping please let us know.

 

Shipping Terms

‘KIN is not responsible for international duties or taxes.

All international duties and taxes in relation to your order are the responsibility of the buyer.

‘KIN is not responsible for parcels damaged during shipping. Compensation for loss or damage is the responsibility, and at the discretion of the shipping provider, which ‘KIN will oversee and pursue on behalf of the customer.

The amount and means of compensation is determined according to the shipping provider’s terms and conditions, and the nature of an individual claim.

In the case that we are unable to deliver our packages to your given address (due to a lack of access to the site or an incorrect address), and the parcels are returned to us, additional payment will be required for a second shipping.

Occasionally there might be a delay in shipping your artwork; we are a small team, and some of our artworks are in storage. If this is the case you will be contacted by the gallery.

‘KIN observes Royal Mail’s operational hours, therefore we do not ship artworks on UK bank holidays and weekends. Parcels are sent out on the next working day.

‘KIN does not currently offer shipping for framed artworks.
